The teacher that I am observing has a food classroom management and she is consistent. First day of class the rules and regulation inside the classroom are stated. She makes sure that all his and her students are award of it
Whenever the students are not following the rules and regulation they are given three warning before punishment. For example, while the teacher is discussing the lesson and the student is not listening they are given three warnings before deduction. If the students answered the question of the teacher the students will be given three points for recitation. That is the way on how the teacher discipline the students.
When it comes to the behavior of the students the teaching is doing her role. She keeps on reminding the students that it is better to do good than not. She also relates the lesson to the everyday life experience wherein the students can realize. She is not just teaching the lesson. She is also teaching good moral values. She helps the students to have a good and positive behavior. Luckily, the students are listening and possess a good and positive behavior in the class. We are not just helping our students for their successful life, but we are also helping them on and molding their values, attitude and behavior to become a better person.

Classroom Management Vs. Discipline
Some teachers think that classroom management means discipline. There are difference between classroom management and discipline. In the classroom management it is the usual that the students do, but the discipline it is how the teacher will make a way to behave the students and it also goes around to the consequences that are given to the students who are not following the rules inside the classroom.
My cooperating teacher have different rules in the classroom wherein she address the rules first day of class. That rules will help the teacher to become effective in classroom management. If the students violates the rule and he or she is given three warnings the students will have a deduction to his or her points. That is the way of the teacher to discipline the students. The rules and routines also manages her time. Through classroom it also makes the teaching and learning process fun and effective.
In a classroom setting, we must set rules and routines in order to have an effective classroom management, because it supports the teaching and learning process. That is why the teacher must have a classroom management to help the student focused in the discussion and avoid disruption during the teaching and learning process.

The Teacher As a Model of Values
We are not just only teachers to our students. We are also a mother or a father to our students. It is so important that we help our students for their growth and development. Touching the heart and also the mind of our student is better. Doing an action to their progress will help our students prepare their future.
As a teacher, we must posses what is right. Every teacher must be a role model to their students. Every teacher must have an appropriate actions as well as the words that comes out to their mouth.
As we all know that teacher teaches students not only for their success, but also on how to be a better person. We must help our students by motivating and inspiring them. We must help them to strive their greatness and their success for their better life.
Young students replicate what they see on the teacher. That is why we must be guided on what are we acting for. We must be a role model to our students especially in our values.
As a teacher, we must posses what is right. Every teacher must be a role model to their students. Every teacher must have an appropriate actions as well as the words that comes out to their mouth.

In the Article 18 of Universal declaration Human Rights states that "Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. I am observing a CLE Class wherein students have different religions. The teacher that I am observing appreciates the differenr religion. She is not just focusing to the Catholics, but also to the differenr religion.
As a future values education teacher, we must consider the children rights. We must accepts each other religion, norm, belief and race. We must avoid by being biased with our students.

The school also followed the national curriculum major subjects and these are the English, Filipino, Math, Science and Social Science. Since it was a Catholic School it also offers the Christian Living Education.
As a future Values Education teacher, the Holy Angel University will help me to improve my skills and knowledge in teaching students in the near future. As a Catholic school it will also develop my faith in God and deepen my relationship with Him.

Philosophy of Education
The teacher that I am observing in Holy Angel University is progressivist, because she is more concern in teaching the learner to cope up with change. During the discussion the teacher relates the lesson to the experiences and personal lives of the students. It is more about "Learning By Doing" by John Dewey it stresses that students should test ideas by active experimentation.
The teacher that I am observing asks questions to the students. Then the students are the one who answers the questions. It is more about the students are the problem solver and thinker who makes meaning through their individual experience in the physical and cultural context.
She is also behaviorist, because she is shaping the attitudes and behavior of the students. The teacher responses to the certain behavior of the students.
As a future teacher, we must help our students for their progress and successful life. We must influence our students in a better way wherein they will learn through us. We will see if the student have learned if there are significant change. Orientation
August 02, 2018 was our deployment and I am assigned at Sto. Domingo Integrated School. It was my first time to be assigned at this school. It is a new and unfamiliar learning environment.
The school principal welcome us in their school. We are also a part of their family as a pre-service teacher. The school principal said about some of the rules and regulations that we must follow as an observer. First, as we arrive and leave the school we must log-in and log-out in their log book. Then, we must assist our cooperating teacher and do our part as a pre-service teacher. Lastly, we must do what is right for our betterment.
The school principal didn't tell more about the basic rules and regulations. For me, I think why she didn't mentioned the basic rules and regulations it is because that we have been observing since 2nd year College up to now from different school and it was understood that we already know what we need to do in the observation proper.
As a future teacher, we must know what is right and wrong as we are in the teaching profession. If you love and dedicated to your profession you will not violate the basic or not, rules and regulations.
Effective teacher is better. We must watch out and take an action to be an effective teacher. Let our cooperating teacher be also our inspiration and motivation in our teaching profession. By being aware and learning to their teaching methods and strategies.
